Shadya is a scientist, engineer, and international speaker with 17+ years of experience in security operations, technology modernization, and risk management. Her expertise spans technical program leadership and the management of multi-million-dollar portfolios across U.S., international, and military domains.
She currently leads ArcQubit, a Quantum AI company founded in Tampa Bay. A combat veteran with notable service in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division, Shadya held senior engineering and leadership roles at Sandia National Laboratories and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory before her assignment to establish a cyber systems engineering team within NASA's Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program.
A first-generation college graduate, Shadya holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity from The George Washington University, and is nearing the end of her doctoral candidacy in Quantum Computing. Her career spans work with DARPA, DOE, IAEA, NASA, and the Department of War, and she has authored more than twenty publications across IEEE, the American Nuclear Society, and international cyber-physical security and regulatory forums.

Anna leads IP development for ArcQubit and works directly with the technical team on product development. She holds a doctorate in computer science focused on information security and has spent over 30 years working with Fortune 500 companies.
She holds credentials from Oxford, Harvard Business School, and Zurich, teaches graduate cybersecurity and data analytics at Brandeis, and is designing a Data Analytics and AI master's program for USC. At ArcQubit, she leads the ArcQubit Research to Operations (ARO) Labs, turning frontier research into defensible technology.

Founder of the data-analytics firm Dataworkx, Justin is a finance and operations leader with 25 years of experience in financial modeling, strategic planning, and M&A. He has led CFO and COO functions across SaaS, professional services, and advisory firms, driving financial transformations and building the banking and venture capital relationships that fuel growth across multi-billion dollar account portfolios. At ArcQubit, he runs the operational and financial engine behind the company's scale.

Steve is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of culture-based leadership experience, having scaled and led 40-plus executive-level personnel across fields from medical to construction. Contracted by major firms to train on communication and leadership, he specializes in building the high-performance, cohesive cultures that early-stage companies live or die by, with a specific understanding of what quantum and AI organizations need to operate at their highest level.

A retired Department of Defense Senior Executive, Dr. Feth directed up to $650M a year of missile-defense innovation at the Missile Defense Agency, governing technology from fundamental research through fielded systems and running the fourth-largest SBIR/STTR program in the DoD. Across 38 years, she has served as a chief engineer of radar systems, a deputy missile-defense architect, and a NASA vehicle systems engineer, earning the Office of the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Civilian Service Award and induction into the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara. She now aligns ArcQubit's innovation, research, and governance.

Dr. Klee brings nearly a decade of experience in pharmacometrics, the quantitative science of how drugs behave in the body, from some of the most respected institutions in the field: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PTC Therapeutics, the University of Florida Center for Pharmacometrics, and the FDA. He has built FDA- and EMA-grade pharmacokinetic models that guide life-or-death pediatric oncology dosing and rare-disease drug development. At ArcQubit, he brings deep healthcare and life-sciences expertise, ensuring the company's work carries the regulatory rigor and clinical credibility that pharma and FDA-grade environments demand.

Ryan builds and governs systems where failure carries real-world safety or national-security consequences. Across more than 15 years in national infrastructure, public-sector systems, and advanced AI research, he has served as a Chief of AI, virtual CISO, principal security architect, and national-laboratory advisor, and founded an applied research studio exploring hyperdimensional computing and next-generation security architecture. A CISSP and published author, he translates complex technical risk into clear leadership decisions for aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure.

Mr. M. is an enterprise technology sales leader with 20+ years scaling go-to-market organizations across AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and data platforms. He has built new regions from zero to tens of millions in first-year revenue, grown a territory past half a billion dollars, and led sizable enterprise sales teams. A multiple-time President's Club winner who has consistently delivered well above quota, his enterprise relationships span leading financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. He brings the zero-to-market execution, complex technical selling, and team-scaling track record needed to commercialize quantum technology at ArcQubit.

Michael is a channel partnerships executive with 25+ years of experience helping enterprise technology organizations accelerate growth through strategic alliances and partner ecosystems. He has worked closely with technology vendors, systems integrators, managed service providers, distributors, and enterprise customers to drive revenue expansion and market adoption, including leadership roles in channel development and partner enablement at Dell.

Tanya turns complex innovation into clear, compelling market narratives. With two decades of agency and in-house experience leading creative, marketing, and operations teams across technology, manufacturing, and services, she specializes in connecting story, data, and growth into scalable go-to-market systems. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Stout, she shapes ArcQubit's brand, messaging, and go-to-market frameworks on the belief that strategy and creativity are most powerful when they move in tandem.

Jeff has had a varied career spanning roles as a licensed pressurized water reactor operator/technician, a real-time systems programmer, a UNIX system administrator, a computer forensic investigator team lead, and IT/cybersecurity support to SWIFT (the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), the secure global messaging network connecting over 11,000 financial institutions in more than 200 countries.
Over the last decade, Jeff has served as a cybersecurity subject matter expert at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), a cybersecurity architect at several U.S. nuclear fleets, and a cybersecurity specialist supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and other partners through the DOE laboratory program (INL and LLNL). He currently serves as Director of Critical Infrastructure Security at Infrashield.

Jimmy brings nearly 30 years in national security, spanning the U.S. Air Force and interagency operations supporting the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. He advises ArcQubit on defense technology, grounding the company's work in the operational realities of the mission environments it serves.

Tera leads community engagement, outreach, training, and workforce development across the Southeast, building the talent pipelines and partnerships that turn quantum computing from a headline into something communities can reach. Working at the convergence of cloud, AI, and quantum, she is equal parts strategist, educator, and advocate, expanding access and making emerging technology tangible for the next generation of builders, learners, and leaders.

With a background as a Technical Project Coordinator and UI Developer, he bridges the gap between complex engineering realities and public digital engagement. He leverages his experience navigating Agile environments and software development lifecycles to ensure our public messaging remains technically precise.

Our founding team comes from national laboratories, a space agency, defense, and domestic and international IT/cybersecurity institutions, with more than twenty publications across IEEE, ANS, and IAEA forums. We're not repackaging someone else's tech. We built the framework this category is measured against, including the first formal academic definition of Dual Quantum Technology Risk Exposure.
