Bridge to Utility.
ArcQubit is a decision intelligence company headquartered in Tampa Bay, Florida. We build products and solutions that help enterprises, consultants, developers, freelancers, students, and teams navigate digital transformation, cybersecurity, and quantum readiness.
We're not chasing the gold.
We're building the shovels.
The shift to post-quantum cryptography is one of the largest security migrations in computing history, and the deadlines are real. The hard part isn't agreeing it matters. It's seeing where quantum-vulnerable cryptography actually lives, across every surface, with evidence you can act on.
That's what we build. ArcQubit turns an overwhelming, multi-year migration into a series of clear decisions, one analysis, one prioritized queue, one bridge from where you are today to a quantum-ready stack.
Three products, one mission: QuCode for the developer shipping today, QuTrust for the enterprise PQC migration, and QuantumDrift for decision intelligence across every critical sector.
The team behind
the bridge.
Combat veterans, national-laboratory engineers, federal executives, and industry operators, building the bridge from classical computing to quantum-ready AI.

A combat veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division turned national-laboratory engineer, Shadya has spent 17 years securing the systems where failure is not an option: advanced nuclear reactors at Sandia, critical-infrastructure missions at PNNL, and NASA's human spaceflight program. She has led work for CISA, DARPA, DOE, IAEA, NASA, and every branch of the Department of Defense, authored more than twenty publications, and is finishing her doctorate in quantum computing. She founded ArcQubit to bring that national-security discipline to commercial software, making cloud, AI, and quantum decisions usable for organizations with real constraints.

Ryan builds and governs systems where failure carries real-world safety or national-security consequences. Across more than 15 years in national infrastructure, public-sector systems, and advanced AI research, he has served as a Chief of AI, virtual CISO, principal security architect, and national-laboratory advisor, and founded an applied research studio exploring hyperdimensional computing and next-generation security architecture. A CISSP and published author, he translates complex technical risk into clear leadership decisions for aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure.

Dr. Klee brings nearly a decade of pharmacometrics, the quantitative science of how drugs behave in the body, from some of the most respected institutions in the field: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PTC Therapeutics, the University of Florida Center for Pharmacometrics, and the FDA. He has built FDA- and EMA-grade pharmacokinetic models that guide life-or-death pediatric oncology dosing and rare-disease drug development. At ArcQubit he anchors the healthcare and life-sciences domain, ensuring that pillar carries the regulatory rigor and clinical credibility that pharma and FDA submissions demand.
